Consultation on draft Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 2015

The Department of the Environment issued a consultation paper on 1 May 2015 on its proposed amendment of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.  This consultation ended on 11 June 2015.
The purpose of the consultation was to obtain views on the proposed amendment that was necessary to implement Council Directive 2012/18/EU ("the Seveso III Directive”) in respect of land-use planning in Northern Ireland.
