Consultation on draft Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Department for Infrastructure issued a consultation paper on 15 December 2016 on its proposed implementation of the draft Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017. This consultation ended on 9 February 2017.
The purpose of the consultation was to obtain views on the Department’s approach to the transposing of European Directive 2014/52/EU into Northern Ireland legislation.
47 substantive written responses were received to the consultation and, in keeping with the Department's policy on openness, these responses can be accessed below.
