Phase 1 Consultation on Planning Reform and Transfer to Local Government: Proposals for Subordinate Legislation

The Department issued a consultation paper on 28 May 2014 which set out the first phase of proposals for subordinate legislation to introduce reforms to the planning system and transfer responsibility for the majority of planning functions to the new district councils in April 2015.  This consultation ended on Wednesday, 20 August 2014.
