PPS 15 Revised (Draft) 'Planning and Flood Risk'

The Department of the Environment has published Revised Draft Planning Policy Statement (PPS) 15 ‘Planning and Flood Risk’ for the purpose of public consultation.
The PPS aims to prevent future development that may be at risk from flooding or that may increase the risk of flooding elsewhere.
The public consultation on this draft document will run from 10 October 2013 until 10 January 2014.

This consultation will end on 10 January 2014
In keeping with our policy on openess, the Department may make responses to this consultation document publically available upon request. At the end of the consultation period the Department will consider all comments received, following which the draft document will be amended if necessary and published in final form.
