Proposal CVN 01 Settlement Limit
|A Settlement Limit is designated in accordance with Policy SETT 1 in Volume 1 of the Plan and as indicated on Map No. 3/027, Clonvaraghan Settlement Map.
The designated Settlement Limit has been drawn to protect the setting of Ballywillwill House, a listed building to the east and to allow for limited opportunities for frontage development along Clonvaraghan Road between Wood Road junction at the southern end of the settlement and the church at the northern end.
