Carrickmore Man Fined £10,000 For Planning Breach

On 15 January 2008 at Omagh Magistrates' Court, Mr Enda McCallan of 3b Minadinna Road, Carrickmore, was convicted for not complying with two Enforcement Notices.
The two Enformcement Notices required the demolition of a builders shed at lands adjacent to 3b Minadinna Road, Carrickmore, County Tyrone, and the removal of all vehicles and builders materials from around it.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A(1)(a) of the Plannign (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
Mr McCallan was fined £10,000 plus £170 costs.
