Man fined £1,000 for unauthorised use of mobile home.

A man who was using a mobile home as a dwelling was fined £1,000 plus £85 costs at Strabane Magistrates' Court on Friday 14 December for failing to comply with an enforcement notice.
Leslie Stuart of 22 Warren Gardens, Lisburn had been required by the Planning Service to cease the use of a mobile home as a dwelling and to remove the mobile home from land adjacent to 38 Ballynaloan Road, Castlederg.
The Planning Service brought this action under Article 67A of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
