Belfast company fined for illegal signs

Commercial and Residential Estate Agent, BTW Shiells, Clarence House, May Street, Belfast, was fined at Belfast Laganside Courts today for displaying illegal signage.
The company was charged under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, with displaying illegal signs at a number of locations in East Belfast and was fined a total of £555.
BTW Shiells pleaded guilty on all counts of having unauthorised signage without the benefit of planning consent.
