Londonderry man fined for illegal signage

Mervyn Colhoun, (64), of Campsie Flooring, Unit 30B, McLean Road, Campsie, Londonderry was fined at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court yesterday for illegal signage.
Mr Colhoun was convicted under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, on six charges of displaying signage on a stationary vehicle at Clooney Road, Eglinton.
Mr Colhoun pleaded guilty and was fined £100 for each charge plus £150 legal costs and £13 court costs.
