Man fined £1000 for planning breach

Man fined £1,000 plus £85.00 costs for failing to cease the use of two dwellings as offices.
Sean Devine of 191 Moorlough Road, Donemana, was convicted for not complying with an Enforcement Notice which required him to cease the use of land as a contractors yard and two adjoining dwellings as offices. Both of which are also located at Moorlough Road. The Magistrate has given Mr Devine six months to find alternative premises.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A(1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
