Planning Application T/2014/0114/F (arc21) – Inability to make online representations

Published on Mon, 15 Apr 2019 by planning@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk.
DfI Planning has been advised that once a decision has issued on a planning application, the functionality of the Public Access module of the Northern Ireland Planning Portal restricts further comments from being submitted electronically in relation to that application.
Thus, where decisions have been overturned and the applications referred back to the Department for re-consideration, it will not be possible for members of the public to make further comment on them via Public Access.
Instead, any future representations in relation to this planning application should be e-mailed to planning@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or DFIPlanninggroup@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or posted to the following address:
Strategic Planning Directorate,
First Floor,
Clarence Court,
10-18 Adelaide Street,
Belfast.
BT2 8GB
While the 4 week period for commenting on the further environmental information extends until 7 May 2019 under the EIA regulations, the Department can confirm that, as is always the case, any comments received before a final decision is made will be considered.
