Belfast Divisional Office and Headquarters
Planning Service wishes to inform our customers that the Agency will be rolling out a new computer system on a Division by Division basis, starting with Belfast Division and Headquarters, from 21 June 2010. It is anticipated that this exercise will be completed for all Divisions by November 2010.
This will have a minimal impact on the services the Agency provides to our customers during this period.
Office opening hours, open file appointments, council meetings and site visits will be unaffected. All applications, reserved matters and environmental statements received during this week will be date stamped and date honoured and cheques will be kept securely in a safe.  Planning applications received between 21 - 25 June will be validated and advertised one week later than usual.
All Other Divisional Offices
The anticipated timetable for installing the new system in the remaining Divisional Offices is as follows:

Craigavon 30 August 6 September
Ballymena 13 September 20 September
Londonderry & Coleraine 27 September 4 October
Omagh & Enniskillen 11m October 18 October
Downpatrick 25 October 1 November
In each Division any reduction in services there may be will only occur on the week of installation, i.e. a maximum of five working days. We would like to reassure customers that we are actively working to ensure that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
