Co Fermanagh man fined £25,000 for unauthorised dwelling

A Lisbellaw man was fined £25,000 at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court today after being found guilty to non-compliance with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice.
Mr Orr was charged with the unauthorised erection of a dwelling at Derryclavan, Lisbellaw. He was also ordered to pay £600 in legal costs and £26.00 court costs.

This is the third fine for Mr Orr with regards to this offence.

On 6 June 2012 he was fined £20,000 with court and legal costs of £88.00 and on 14 September 2011 he was fined £3,000 with court and legal costs of £85.00.
