Ballymoney couple fined a total of £30,000 for planning offence

Mr Wilson Gamble and Mrs Elizabeth Claire Gamble of Drumlee Road, Ballymoney, were each fined £15,000 at Coleraine Magistrates Court today.
They were found guilty to a continued non compliance with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice and were also made to pay a total of £500 legal costs and a total of £85 court costs.
Mr and Mrs Gamble were charged with the unauthorised erection of a partially constructed cattle shed and underground dirty water storage tank / slurry tank at their property.
Mr and Mrs Gamble were prosecuted under Article 72 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991
