Coalisland Man Fined £15,000 for Planning Offence

Mr Pascal Quinn, of 16 Loughview Road, Coalisland was fined £15,000 plus £1,104 legal costs and £26.00 court costs at Dungannon Magistrates' Court today after being found guilty to non compliance with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice.
Mr Quinn was charged with the unauthorised erection of two industrial buildings and hardcore at lands south of 177 Annagher Road, Coalisland.

This is the second fine for Mr Quinn with regards to this offence. On the 14th June 2010 he was fined £6,000 with court and legal costs of £85.00.
