Ballykelly man fined £300 for planning offence

Mr Gabriel O’Kane of Village Oaks Ballykelly pleaded guilty and was fined £300 for failing to comply with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice at Limavady Magistrates' Court today.
The enforcement notice related to the unauthorised erection of a wooden structure (decking) at 16 Village Oaks, Ballykelly.

Mr O’Kane was also ordered to pay £950 in legal costs and £20 court costs.
