Issue with Public Access – documents not opening

We’re aware that some customers are having trouble accessing documents on the Public Access site. If an error message stating “The facility may only be accessed via the Planning Portal” appears, please close that tab and refresh the webpage (press the keys CTRL and F5 at the same time). Then try accessing the documents again.
If after trying this you are still unable to open the documents, please contact the planning office that is processing the planning application to report the matter and to get advice on other ways to view the planning application details.
