PublicAccess - Accuracy of information provided online

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of data on this site, the online planning application records have been migrated from our legacy IT system and are currently incomplete. An extensive quality assurance programme is in place to validate the quality of information present.

The PublicAccess website and Online planning application records must not be used as a substitute for submitting a Property Certificate. This includes details of historic applications on a particular site. Plans, maps and drawings are frequently amended; please remember that if you view a plan, map or drawing there may be a newer version available at a later date.
