Strangford Conservation Area

Strangford stands on the west side of the narrow entrance to the great sea Lough which bears its name.

Today Strangford retains much of the Georgian charm inherited from the age of prosperity. It is still beautifully framed by fine plantations of trees designed and executed for its principal land owning families.
