Policy ENV2 in Volume 1 of the Plan.

Designation MEL 01 Moss-side Water LLPA

A Local Landscape Policy Area is designated as identified on Map No. 5/07 – Moss-side. Those features or combination of features that contribute to the environmental quality, integrity or character of this area are listed below. - This LLPA includes the banks and associated open spaces along the stream, which provides a distinctive river corridor through the village.

Designation MEL 02 Moss-side Crossroads LLPA

A Local Landscape Policy Area is designated as identified on Map No. 5/07 – Moss-side. Those features or combination of features that contribute to the environmental quality, integrity or character of this area are listed below. - This LLPA includes locally significant buildings and associated mature planting which form an important part of the entrance to the village.
