Key Site Requirements - Development shall be within the range of 25 to 35 dwellings per hectare.
- The access to this site shall be from Market Street.
- A footway shall be provided along the frontage of the site on Market Street and linked to Main Street.
- The mature tree on this site shall be retained and no activity, works or storage shall take place within the limit of the crown spread, or a distance of half the height of the tree, whichever is the greater.
- The site shall be developed to retain as much of the existing wall as practicably possible.

- The access to this site shall be from Carrowreagh Road.

Key Site Requirements - Development shall be within the range of 15 to 25 dwellings per hectare.
- Any development on this site shall provide a footway along the frontage of the site and link to the existing network.
- This site should be accessed via housing zoning AYH 02 (Fernmount Park).
- Any development proposal shall identify all trees worthy of retention and ensure that no activity, works or storage takes place within the limit of the crown spread of the trees, or a distance of half the height of the trees, whichever is the greater.
