Key Site Requirements - Development shall be within the range of 25 to 35 dwellings per hectare.
- The access to this site shall be from Turnarobert Park.
- The mature trees on site shall be retained and no activity, works or storage shall take place within the limit of the crown spread, or a distance of half the height of the tree, whichever is the greater.
- This site shall have paired accesses.
