Status: Following publication of the Draft Plan and the subsequent receipt of objections no further work was undertaken on this Plan. It should however be noted that all objections were resolved with the exception of those relating to the Downpatrick By-Pass. Accordingly, with the exception of this particular matter, considerable weight is given to the provisions of the Draft Plan in determining planning applications.
