Stewartstown woman fined £7,000 for planning offence

A Stewartstown woman was fined £7,000 plus £85 legal and court costs at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today for failing to comply with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice.
Ms Patrica Gallagher, of Killycolpy Road, Stewartstown, was found guilty of failing to comply with the Enforcement Notice which required her to remove an unauthorised shed and hardcore area from land at the above address.
