Ringsend man fined £200 for planning offence

A County Londonderry man was fined £200 plus £70 court costs and £34 summons costs at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on 7th May 2010.
Mr Hugh Patrick Henry of Craigmore Road, Ringsend was charged with failing to comply with a breach of condition notice which required him to provide sight visibility splays as detailed in his planning approval, for Craigmore Road, Ringsend.
