Pomeroy company fined £500 for planning breach
Mallaghan Convience DIY Ltd, of 199 Termon Road, Pomeroy, Dungannon was fined £500 at Magherafelt Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 3rd August 2009) for failing to comply with planning conditions
The company pleaded guilty to non compliance with a Planning Breach of Condition Notice seeking the compliance of Plannning Conditions attached to a Planning Approval for the extraction of sand and gravel at lands west of No. 3 Brackaghlisea Road, Draperstown.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 76 (A) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
