Newtownabbey man fined for planning offence

A Co. Antrim man was today fined £200.00 plus court costs of £85.00 at Laganside Magistrates' Court for a breach of Planning Control.
Mr William Henry Wilson of Wilson Design Associates, Hightown Road, Newtownabbey was fined for the unauthorised change of use of a dwelling house to an office.
