Rosslea man fined £1,000 for planning breach

A man was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on January 21 for failing to comply with a Planning Enforcement Notice.
Patrick Smyth of Aghnashammer, Rosslea, County Fermanagh, had failed to demolish a portal frame building built without planning permission and to remove rubble and resulting materials.
Mr Smyth fined £1,000 plus £85 costs.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A(1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
