Londonderry Estate Agents fined for illegal sign

Mr Brian McCormick (39), secretary of "LOCATE" estate agents was fined £200 yesterday in Londonderry Magistrates' Court.
The Locate sign was removed prior to the case coming to court as a result of the summons being issued.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (as amended). Mr McCormick pleaded guilty to the charge.
Mr McCormick was fined £200, £70 costs and £16 court costs.
