Donaghadee advertising company fined for illegal signs

A Donaghadee advertising company has been fined at Belfast Laganside courts today for displaying an illegal hoarding in North Belfast.
Cantua Limited operate from Park Avenue, Donaghadee, Co. Down and pleaded guilty to having erected an unauthorised hoarding at 489 Antrim Road, Belfast without the benefit of planning consent.
The Planning Service brought about the action under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
Cantua Limited was fined a total of £385 (which included £85 costs).
