Antrim Developer Fined £25,000 for Unauthorised Car Park

Mr David Thompson (47), Killead Road, Aldergrove, Co Antrim was fined £25,000 plus court costs at Antrim Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
The Planning Service served an Enforcement Notice on Mr Thompson for developing a car park without authority on the site at Killead Road. He failed to comply with the notice and was charged under Article 72 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991.
