London company fined for illegal signage

Primesight Advertising Limited of 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 -142 Holborn, London, was fined at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court yesterday for displaying illegal signage.
The company was convicted under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 for displaying a six sheet advertising panel at 66 Glenshane Road, Drumahoe, Londonderry.
Primesight pleaded guilty and was fined £150 plus £70 legal costs and £13 court costs.
