Newtownabbey Car Dealer fined £500 for unauthorised car sales

Frank Curley (44), of Carntall Road, Newtownabbey, was fined £500 plus Court costs at Belfast Laganside Courts on Tuesday 26 June 2007.
The Planning Service served an Enforcement Notice on Mr Curley for using his land for unauthorised car sales. He failed to comply with the Notice and was charged under Article 72 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
