Omagh Man Fined for Planning Offences

£1000 fine for non-compliance with Enforcement Notice.
John O’Donnell, of Knockmoyle Road, Omagh, was fined £1,000 plus costs at Omagh Magistrate’s Court on 14 September 2007 for non-compliance with a Planning Enforcement Notice.
The Enforcement Notice sought the removal of unauthorised waste materials at Killyclougher Road, Omagh.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 68 The Planning (NI) Order 1991.
