A Belfast man has been fined £7,500 plus £88 court costs for failing to comply with a planning enforcement notice on land in Co. Fermanagh.
Edward Sayers of Killown Street, Belfast was fined at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on the 9th July 2008 for failing to cease the use of land for the storage of cabins, vehicles, commercial catering appliances and furniture on land adjacent to Riverside Park, Ballinamallard, County Fermanagh.
The Enforcement Notice was issued on 16 November 2006 and after failing to comply, Mr Sayers’ case was first heard at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on 4 July 2007, at which time a fine of £500 plus costs of £85 was imposed.
