Mr Patrick McAteer of Ballyholland Road was fined £150 and ordered to pay £86 costs for failing to comply with a Submission Notice which required him to submit a planning application for the retention of a dwelling and garage at 52A Ballyholland Road, Ballyholland.
Notes to editors:
Both convictions were brought under Article 23 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 as amended. Mr McAteer has since submitted an application, however as it was not within the time specified on the notice an offence was committed.
