Man fined £250 for non-compliance with enforcement notice

A Co Tyrone man was today fined £250 plus £150 cost for non-compliance with an enforcement notice.
Turlough Breslin, Derrylee Road, Dungannon, was convicted at Dungannon Magistrates' court for the unauthorised open storage of waste material, in breach of an Enforcement Notice originally served on 29 August 2006.
