Man fined for unauthorised use of land for airport car parking
Mr David Thompson, (51), of Killead Lodge, Killead Road, Crumlin was prosecuted on 5 May 2009 at Antrim Magistrates Court for unauthorised use of land for airport car parking at Killead Lodge.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 72 of the (NI) Planning Order for failure to comply with an enforcement notice. Mr Thompson was fined £10,000 plus £97 court costs.
