Man fined for unauthorised conversion and extension of property
Mr T McCann, 1 Mountain Road, Ballynahinch, was fined £2,000.00 plus costs at Belfast Magistrates’ Court
This was for the unauthorised conversion of 2 No self contained flats to 6 No self contained flats with 3 storey rear extensions and alterations at 9 Camden Street, Belfast.
Planning Service brought the action under article 67A (1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991
