Craigavon man fined £7,500 for planning breach
A man was fined £7,500 at Newry Magistrates’ Court today for failing to comply with planning regulations.
Jonathan Patterson, of 27 Ballynahatten Road, Kilkeel, pleaded guilty to the unauthorised extraction of sand and gravel without the benefit of planning permission on land due east of 27 Ballynahatten Road, Kilkeel.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
