Lurgan man fined for planning offences

Mr Jeffrey Watson of Gilford Road, Lurgan appeared on Friday the 26th of March at Craigavon Magistrates Court and was fined £500 whilst also ordered to pay £75 legal costs and £10 court costs for failing to comply with a Submission Notice requiring him to submit a planning application for the retention of a shed to the rear of 33 Flush Place, Lurgan.
