County Londonderry woman fined for unauthorised alteration to listed building

A Coleraine woman was fined £250 plus £70 costs to the Department of the Environment and £16 court costs, at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today.
Mrs Raki Ali of Avonbrook Gardens, Coleraine, was fined for the unauthorised alteration of a listed building at 15 Waterside, Coleraine.
The prosecution was brought under article 44 of The Planning (NI) Order 1991.
