Fermanagh woman fined £5,000 for planning offence

A Fermanagh woman was fined £5,000 plus £75 court costs at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court today for a planning offence.
Mrs Myrtle Woodhouse Leonard was found guilty of failing to comply with the enforcement notice which required her to remove a pre-fabricated dwelling from land at Ballydoolagh, Enniskillen.
The original fine in Enniskillen Magistrates’ court on 18 July 2011 of £7,500 plus costs was appealed and was reduced after Mrs Woodhouse Leonard removed the pre-fabricated dwelling on 4 November 2011.
