Enniskillen woman fined £7,500 for non-compliance with Planning enforcement notice

A Co Fermanagh woman was today fined at Enniskillen magistrates court for failing to comply with a DOE Planning enforcement notice.
Mrs Myrtle Woodhouse Leonard of Ballydoolagh, Enniskillen was fined £7,500 plus £85 costs for failing to comply with an enforcement notice which required her to remove a prefabricated wooden dwelling from land at the same address.
