Enniskillen man fined £7,500 for non-compliance with an enforcement notice

An Enniskillen man has been fined £7,500 plus £75 legal fees and £10 court costs at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on 14th April 2010 for non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice after failing to remove rubble.
Mr Andrew Boyle of Feddans Road, Mullanaskea failed to remove deposited demolition waste material including concrete, bricks and broken paving stones from a site at 36 Feddans Road, Mullanaskea.
Planning Service brought the charges under Article 67A 1(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 as amended, namely carrying out development without the planning permission required.
