Fine for Enniskillen hotel

Ashberry Hotel Limited (Westville Hotel), Tempo Road Enniskillen and its director Mr Nicolas Cassidy were fined £200.00 each plus court costs of £85 in Enniskillen Magistrates Court today. This was in respect of the non-compliance with a Breach of Condition Notice served on 25 March 2009 under Article 76A of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (As amended). The Notice required him to remove a wall along the frontage of the hotel and provide car parking.
