Fine for Enniskillen bar

The Bush Bar (Listowel Investments Limited) Enniskillen, was fined £600.00 plus court costs of £85 in Enniskillen Magistrates Court on 12 August 2009 under Article 77of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (As amended). This was in respect of the non-compliance with a Listed Building Enforcement Notice served on 12 February 2008. The Notice required them to remove a metal duct ventilation chimney from the external wall (front elevation) of the listed building.
