Fine for unauthorised engineering business

A man and wife were fined £5,000 each plus costs at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on the 09th November 2009 for operating an engineering works at lands opposite 50 Tullyodonnell Road, Rock, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone.
Mr Seamus and Mrs Dolores Josephine Kerr of Tullyodonnell Road, Rock, Dungannon, were convicted for not complying with an Enforcement Notice which required them to cease the use of an engineering building, used for the production of stairs, fences and railings.
