Dundonald man fined £250 for planning offence

Mr Paul Spence, Greengraves Road, Dundonald, was fined today £250 plus court costs of £85 at Newtownards Magistrates’ Court today for a breach of DOE Planning regulations.
Mr Spence pleaded guilty to displaying an unauthorised advertisement for 'Limo Nites' on the Upper Newtownards Road, at the junction with Old Mill Heights Housing Development, Castlereagh.
