Dromara man fined for planning offences

Mr Peter McEvoy of Rathfriland Road, Dromara pleaded guilty at Newry Magistrates Court today and was fined £350 whilst also ordered to pay £70 solicitors fees and £18 Court Costs.
The enforcement notice required the removal of an unauthorised mobile home from a site north of 340 Rathfriland Road, Dromara. Mr McEvoy has since submitted an application for the retention of the temporary building for a temporary period of time.
